It’s wonderful to have you a part of the Momentum Mindset community.  Thank you for entrusting us with your personal development & in supporting you to grow your business.

Each of the e-lessons & tools we are about to share with you has been developed by us, to support you. 

Behind each, are hours of reading, research, writing, designing & reconditioning.  Most importantly, each evolving product is full of copious amounts of heart.

Should you feel compelled to share snapshots of our ideas (such as a quote on social media), we ask you to please acknowledge us as the source. 

Word of mouth is extremely important to us!

Similarly, we are always thrilled to receive requests to access our content for professional use.  (It means we are hitting the mark!)  And ask the same from you should you see our value aligning with your organisation’s needs.

This enables us to tailor & position the material to ensure its maximum benefit and value is realised.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction Welcome to Momentum Mindset’s online sales training course. By enrolling in this Course, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
  2. Course Access & Participation
  • Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the Course materials for the specified duration.
  • The Course includes digital training content, downloadable resources, and scheduled coaching calls.
  • You agree to use the Course materials solely for personal and professional development and not to reproduce, share, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
  1. Coaching Calls
  • Coaching calls are scheduled based on availability and must be booked in advance.
  • Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice; failure to attend a scheduled call without prior notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
  • Calls will be conducted via Zoom, and it is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary technology to participate.
  1. Payment & Refund Policy
  • Full payment or a payment plan commitment is required to access the Course.
  • Due to the digital nature of the Course, refunds are generally not available. However, discretionary refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances.
  • If you are on a payment plan and fail to make a scheduled payment, access to the Course may be suspended until payment is made.
  1. User Conduct
  • You agree to engage respectfully during coaching calls and in any community forums associated with the Course.
  • Any abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Course without a refund.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All Course materials, including videos, worksheets, and call recordings, remain the intellectual property of Sitcheff Customer Enterprises Pty Ltd.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning.
  1. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
  • The Course is designed for educational purposes and does not guarantee specific sales results.
  1. Modifications & Termination
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated via email or through the Course platform.
  • We may terminate your access to the Course if you violate these Terms.
